RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not, you can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit.

Please note that return postage is your responsibility unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions. Pease be aware that each manufacturer has a slightly different warranty process:

For all other brands, please email us at info@4barbers.com.au with details of the issue, your order number, and a short video or photos showing the problem
