Fraser Forsey is one of Australia’s most respected leaders in the barbering industry, with over 20 years of experience across barbering, education, business, and brand leadership. He’s known for driving change in barbershop culture, apprentice development, and large-scale education strategy.
He’s the General Manager of HMB Group, overseeing 18 barbershops and more than 80 team members. Fraser also leads 4BARBERS Education & Supply, a national platform delivering elite training and industry partnerships. In 2024, he launched EXPO4BARBERS, the largest barbering event in Australia and New Zealand, bringing together international educators, brands, and professionals.

2x Australian Barber of the Year and Mizutani Global Cutting Comp winner, Matt brings 12+ years of elite experience to the chair and classroom. A specialist in short hair and men’s cutting, he’s educated globally with brands like Revlon, American Crew, and Heiniger, and styled for names like ASOS, GQ, and Adidas. When he’s not on the road, you’ll find him leading the award-winning team at Esquire Male Grooming in Brisbane.

Lino D’Adderio is the owner of Luigi and Sons Barbershop and a passionate educator driven by the motto: “Be better today than you were yesterday.” His focus is always on showing up as your best — professionally and personally.
With over 15 years of global experience, Lino is an AMBA Hall of Fame Inductee, 4Barbers Australian Educator, American Crew AllStar, and part of the BaBylissPRO Australia / Dateline Education Team.
From international campaigns and hair shows to film, education, and mentoring — Lino has shared his craft across the world. The journey’s been big, but he’s only just getting started.

20 years of business experience at the helm of Esquire, and an education history of 15 years, Mark is a member of the American Crew international All star team, & has delivered many education classes, hair shows & platform sessions around Australia, Europe & the U.S through his career with the Iconic brand

JONATHAN GOODWIN
Jonathan Tavita Goodwin, aka @taperedout, started cutting hair in high school, just a kid with clippers and a hustle. What began as a side gig turned into a lifelong passion. Now a National Educator for 4Barbers, part of the BaBylissPro AU team, and Education Manager for Tommy Guns AU, Jono blends classic skills with modern techniques. His sessions are real, engaging, and full of humour, designed to lift barbers at every level. Through workshops, one-on-one sessions, and in-shop training, he’s all about building confidence and passing the torch to the next generation.

WILL GREEN
Will Green AKA “Cuts by Greeny” is a 16-year-old barber from Wollongong, NSW, redefining what it means to be young in the industry. As the founder of Cuts by Greeny and Green Line Co, Will runs a hair product/private barber studio company and has built a growing reputation through precision fades, sharp detailing, and consistent, high-level execution.
Beyond cutting hair, Will is passionate about education and raising industry standards. He specialises in breaking down complex techniques into simple, repeatable systems, helping young barbers improve their fading structure, clipper confidence, and finishing work. His approach is practical, relatable, and focused on real shop results.
Will brings a fresh perspective to the stage, combining technical skill with the mindset and professionalism required to build a brand in today’s barbering world. His mission is to inspire the next generation to take pride in their work, respect the craft, and build careers with purpose.

CALEB HEKE
Caleb Heke is an award-winning barber, educator and entrepreneur based on the Gold Coast, with over a decade in the industry. He owns Black Fox Barbers, leads a high-performing team, and has built a strong celebrity client base, including Bow Wow, Lloyd, Ruger and Chingy, plus elite athletes Dustin Martin, David Nyika and Carlos Ulberg.
Caleb is a Finalist for Best Business Director/Owner of the Year at the AMBA (ANZ Modern Barber Awards 2026). He has educated barbers across Australia and New Zealand with leading brands and academies, and has grown a digital following of 85K+ on TikTok and 10K+ on Instagram, with millions of views.
His journey started with free haircuts for the homeless, an act that drew national media attention and opened doors globally. He's been featured on Remix Magazine, TV and film, Mai FM, Māori Television and 1 News.

Kalib Monaei is a Queensland-based barber with over a decade of experience behind the chair, recognised for his precision fades, sharp detailing, and modern urban style. Blending traditional barbering foundations with contemporary trends, Kalib delivers tailored cuts that reflect both individuality and culture.
He is also the Founder of Not About Us Media, a creative platform dedicated to elevating authentic voices within the industry. Alongside his work behind the chair, Kalib has experience running multiple businesses, specialising in retail growth, sales education, business strategy, and time management systems that help barbershops operate at a higher level. His approach focuses on building sustainable success while helping barbers gain high-demand men’s styles their clients genuinely love.
Kalib has been involved with the 4Barbers team from the very beginning, contributing to education, growth, and raising the standard of barbering nationwide. With previous experience representing major brands within the industry, he brings creative vision, leadership, and professionalism to every space he steps into.

CHRISTIAN FRITZE
Christian Fritze is a skilled barber, educator, and entrepreneur with six years behind the chair and four years teaching. After surviving a traumatic brain injury that left him visually impaired, he turned adversity into purpose—earning national recognition, mentoring hundreds of students, and becoming a respected voice in the industry. Known for his precision, creativity, and passion for education, Christian is now building a chain of barbershops focused on quality, training, and client care. As part of the 4Barbers Education team, he continues to inspire the next generation through real experience, resilience, and leadership.

BRAYDEN WHITE
Brayden White is a men’s hairdresser and educator with a passion for pushing the craft forward. A multi-time industry award finalist, he’s taken his work international—representing his skills on stages in the USA and connecting with the global barbering community. As part of the 4Barbers Education team and a DFS Formula educator, Brayden delivers hands-on, high-impact training designed to help barbers sharpen their skills and elevate their work.

Celine Kaponias, known to most as Chop Chopp, has been cutting hair since 2017 and quickly made her mark in the industry. A multi-award-winning barber and 2024 finalist for International Barber of the Year, she’s known for her raw, real style and attention to detail.
As a national educator for 4Barbers, Osaka Scissors, and Eekoloks, Celine shares her skills with barbers across the country. Whether she’s behind the chair or on stage, her energy is all about passion, precision, and creating a fun, uplifting space—and she’s only just getting started.

With over 13 years in the barbering industry, Luke Koia is a seasoned barber, barbershop owner, and the founder of The Barber Crusade—a platform designed to unite barbers through live battles, networking, and education. As a passionate tutor at Ara Institute of Canterbury and a high school barbering programme facilitator, Luke is committed to shaping the next generation of barbers. A self-advocate for elevating industry standards, he believes that connection is the foundation of great barbering, and that collaboration is key to the industry’s growth.
