Holiday Shipping Information

The holiday period can impact shipping times across our suppliers. To help you plan ahead, we’ve outlined estimated holiday shipping timelines for each brand below. Please note that delivery times may vary due to increased demand, public holidays, and courier delays outside of our control.

Dateline Imports

To ensure delivery before Christmas, orders must be received by close of business on Wednesday, 17 December. This allows sufficient time for order processing and courier delivery.

Orders will continue to be dispatched up until Tuesday, 23 December, which is the Dateline’s final trading day for the year.

Dateline Imports will resume operations on Monday, 5 January.

JRL

JRL will continue operating throughout the holiday period. However, due to public holidays and peak seasonal demand, please allow an additional couple of business days on top of standard shipping timeframes.

While orders will still be processed and dispatched, minor delays may occur during this period.

Matsui Hair

Due to the holiday period and Boxing Day sale volume, please allow up to two weeks for shipping between 23 December and 6 January.

Orders received before 23 December will be prioritised and dispatched via StarTrack Overnight where possible.

While the warehouse will be operating on 29 and 30 December, dispatch during this time cannot be guaranteed due to increased order volumes.
